Mark is an attorney in Albany, GA. Mark holds a Certified Environmental Specialty degree by Lewis and Clark School of Law, where he was a member of the National Environmental Moot Court Team. Active with fishing groups, and a zealous advocate for the conservation of the ACF’s unique shoal bass, he is an avid fisherman and kayaker.
